KFI’s Korma base is a slowly prepared sauce made from a mixture of spices, including cardamom and coriander, combined with yoghurt, cream and pureed cashews to deliver a silky, rich flavour which customers will find simply delectable. This mild creamy curry is generally cooked with chicken, lamb or vegetables and served over a bed of basmati rice.
